Terms
These terms cover your use of the Spritefolk Mac app and spritefolk.com, made by Sumit Bedi, an independent developer in India ("we"). By downloading or using Spritefolk you agree to them.
Your licence
- Batti is free to use on your own Macs.
- Characters you buy are licensed to you personally, for use on the Macs you own or control. They are not sold or transferred to you as property, and you may not resell or redistribute them.
- Please don't copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app or its artwork, except where the law allows it.
Using characters responsibly
- Some characters can act on your Mac when you ask them to (for example, stopping a process you choose). You are responsible for what you choose to stop or change.
- Breathing exercises are for relaxation, not medical treatment. If you feel light-headed, return to normal breathing. If you have a medical condition, check with your doctor.
Updates and availability
We may update, improve or retire features over time. We aim to keep characters you bought working on supported versions of macOS.
No warranty
Spritefolk is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country.
