A Pomodoro timer that turns on Do Not Disturb on Mac

macOS can turn on a Focus mode from a Shortcut, so a timer can silence notifications when a focus round starts and bring them back on the break.

Batti does this for you: switch on Do Not Disturb in his settings and he sets it up once, then quiets your Mac every time he turns red and lets notifications through when he turns green.

Doing it by hand: Control Centre → Focus → Do Not Disturb at the start of each round, and off at the break.
