How to check your Codex usage limit

In the Codex CLI, type:

/status

It shows how much of your plan's current usage windows is left (a weekly limit, and a five-hour one on plans that have it) and when each resets. On the web, chatgpt.com/codex/settings/usage shows the same. Codex usage comes with your ChatGPT plan, so heavy use in one place counts everywhere.

If you use both Codex and Claude Code, Pump shows both meters side by side on your desktop.
